Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs my whole life, and after going to school at the University of Miami I joined a club on campus that trains service dogs for the organization Canine Companions for Independence. I'm certified through CCI as a trainer and am hoping to continue working through dogs while home over winter break. I'll be completely available through the winter and would love to meet/watch any and every dog I can! If your dog is young and still in the training process, you can tell me what commands/behaviors are being worked on and I can help reinforce them with consistency. I truly love dogs of all kinds and this would be a dream job over break. Looking forward to meeting you all and your dogs!

Nash has had pets in his life since the day he was born - dogs, cats, rabbits, etc. As a result, he has grown up caring for and nurturing all types of pets. As a young man now, I continue to witness his love and genuine care and responsibility toward not only our own pets, but those of friends and neighbors as well....any that he encounters out in public, where he will always stop and be attentive to them.
Nash is an incredibly dedicated young man and within all aspects of life, academics, family, and his community. Beyond dedicated he also exhibits a great passion for his hobbies such as training service dogs, windsurfing, teaching sailing to young children and cheering on his school, the Miami hurricanes in all sporting events. He demonstrates a love and intrest for all types of animals. Nash has always excelled in balancing his countless commitments and never finishes a task without giving it his 100% attention. This University of Miami Honors student understand the concepts of hard work and dedication especially with animals and caring for them.

A typical day
I walk my own dog (a female white lab of 8 years) through hunt meadow and to Annapolis Middle to play fetch. I also have a large backyard to play in.
