We would recommnd Naomi to anyone. She was wonderful with our babies! We hope she is available forour next trip.

Naomi was awful and very impersonal I dropped my dog off today after waiting in her driveway for about 15 minutes because she was on a call.10 minutes later I get a text saying she can’t keep him for the day because he peed on the carpet and won’t stop crying by the door. When I asked her about a refund she refused and asked me to reimburse her for a carpet cleaner. When I arrived back to her place 20 minutes later I tried to call her to let her know I was there and she hung up and texted me saying I’m on a call and to come to the door really quick she opened the door handed me my dog and shut the door in my face without saying anything. Needless to say she obviously doesn’t have the time or love for animals in order to be running a daycare and I highly recommend avoiding Naomi. Thankfully Lynette at rover support was extremely helpful and understanding and refunded me fully for the daycare after Naomi refused to. Definitely choose another sitter!
