Naomi! I can’t thank you enough for taking care of my pup. Thank you for being so accommodating and patient with us. I’m so happy that Mia got Basil to keep her company while we were away. I hope we can book you again if we take another trip. Hopefully by then Mia won’t be afraid to go up the stairs to make it easier for you.

I wish I could give less than one star. I am extremely angry at this sitter. She just cancelled my booking last minute, the night before I have to work an 8 hour shift and now I have to scramble and find someone LAST MINUTE to watch my pup tomorrow. Not only this, I had to ask her countless questions about what happened in her visit today and heard nothing from her such as when she arrived or left. As I am asking her what happened during the visit, she out of the blue told me my dog is “way over the top” for the price she is being paid which made me feel like my dog is out of control... she is a 4 month old puppy??? She is supposed to be hyper??...? And you’re supposed to have experience with animals??? I cannot control the amount of energy she has on the daily. I do my best to take her on long walks before I leave for work so she isn’t as hyper with sitters. She also had no idea what a Rover card is but her bio says she’s been a Rover sitter for “years.” She was also almost 15 minutes late and was supposed to come at 6 pm but pushed it to 6:30 because of her job and then 6:45 when she told me she arrived because of “traffic”. I am shocked, confused, and very very angry and unsatisfied to have paid money for someone to cancel on me, be so unprofessional, and complain about my pup. I am sorry to give such a low review as I booked her based on her high reviews, but I truly will not be booking again and I wish I could get my money back.
