I currently work as an environmental scientist after graduating college with a degree in ecology. I have always had a strong passion and love for animals of all shapes and forms. Throughout my life, I have gained a lot of experience in handling and working with animals (both wild and domesticated). I have volunteered at wildlife rehabilitation centers, taken an animal control officer training course, helped train service dogs in their public access skills, cared for/ raised countless animals from birth, and have overall just always chosen to be surrounded by them. I am also a very active person and love to be outside. I will gladly stop over to walk or care for your dog(s) (and/or any other critters that you have!) to assist you in ensuring that your pets get the care that they need. Please contact me for my availability. I am generally pretty flexible and will do my best to work with you and your pets wherever I am able. Since this is predominantly a service just for dogs, I wanted to mentioned that I also will gladly check on any other animals (or plants!) in your home that may also need assistance. I have a lot of experience working with/ handling cats, reptiles, small animals, birds, and exotics. Exotics include, but aren't limited to, sugar gliders and chinchillas. I also have some experience with farm animals. Fees for caring for other pets will vary, depending on their needs.
