Please let me know if you have any concerns and any related health history your pet may have ever or within a year. ⚠️ DISCLOSURES X Your pet should not have any history of biting people, harming other pets or bullying smaller pets X Your pet must be generally be potty trained and somewhat housetrained and not have diarrhea the past week | A fee may be asked for if it happens to your pet due to toxins and encouraging more accidents from other pets X Your pet should be up to date with vaccines, if they are not spayed/neutered, it will depend on the other pets during the stay so I dont witness dog seggs O_O during the time of stay X Your pet must have trimmed nails is flea protection ensured (I have too many scars ;-;) X Please provide pet wipes and dog brushes/lint rollers! I have a really bad dust allergy! Please be transparent and honest for our safety, I have been a victim to flea infestations in the past, scars and bites and lots of home destruction. Personal belongings and Property damaged. I am not protected by any means as a sitter :( For anxious/homesick dogs please bring anxiety medication/calming aids and their beds + favorite toys etc so they feel at home in a new environment! I can also administer some of my own with permission Ex: Calming oil, anxiety chews Recommendations of Things To Bring: ✔️ DOGS ? -leash and harness -food and food bowl (what they normally eat so that they don't get diarrhea) -!!!!pet wipes!!!!(so I can clean after potties and walks!) dog cleaning supplies -poop bags please! anything to keep them clean and my place clean for their stay! (dry shampoo, neutralizing potty sprays, etc) -sleeping bed/blanket -toys/treats -dental treats -dog brush/lint roller -anything else important! SEASONAL sweater/jacket, cold weather!!, a towel during the warm weather (I have a doggie pool!) CATS ? -leash/backpack/carrier/crate (so they don't run out!) -food and food bowl -litterbox, scooper -bed/blanket -toys/treats ***NEW BOARDING POLICY*** 1. For house sitting meet and greets, I will as for gas money as a form of a serious consideration/security deposit for my time. 1. For puppies, a $20 fee per night is applied-especially for those who happen to not be potty/house trained. 2. For big dogs over 35 pounds, another $10-30 dollar fee is applied due to house destruction, behavior/temperament issues. (Dogs attacking us or harming other dogs/biting us, breaking our home/furniture, etc) 3. Extreme potty issues will be addressed especially since we only accept potty trained pets unless they are provided with diapers/potty training pads with their crate. Too many accidents will also encourage all pets to continue to go in our home which has caused our home and our family to breathe in deadly toxins and bacteria. Fecal matter can also spread viruses and illnesses to other pets and invite dangerous parasites and worms into our home.
