Pet care experience
We recently lost our sweet German Shepherd, Sunny, at 14 years old. We miss her terribly. Our family has always had dogs but we're currently in an apartment that doesn't allow pets. I have experience with both cats and dogs as well as with seniors that require medication, including insulin injections for cats. Please note - I will always leash your pet for walks. Also, I do not take dogs to dog parks as I believe the risk of potential diseases and aggression from other dogs is too great.

Nancy was wonderful in taking care of our 6 month old Australian Shepherd puppy. I loved seeing her report card at the end of the day. Our pup was nice and tired by the time picked her up. We could tell that she had a fun stay! Would highly recommend Nancy to anyone.

Are they leash trained? When on a walk, how do they respond to animals or dogs they may see? How are they in the car - would you be open to us driving to the park or to go on a hike?
A typical day
We will walk around your neighborhood, time/distance depends on the dog and the weather. If you like - your pet is good in the car - we may also go on short hikes and walks at the park. If you have a fenced yard and your dog likes fetch, I have a chucker for balls or can throw a frisbee.

Availability
I work from home so I have tons of flexibility in terms of walking or visiting your pets. I prefer not to visit late at night as I'm an early riser.
