I love dogs, especially poodles. I have been a dog owner for thirty years and have lived with a number of breeds, mostly 35 pounds or less. I prefer dogs who do not shed, but this is not required. I live in a home with a dog door to a spacious back yard with gardens (hopefully your dog will not be fond of digging). Beyond that is the Cherry Creek Trail and all it has to offer. My dogs have always been part of the family and follow me wherever I go in the house. I walk daily with my dog(s). I enjoy throwing a ball for them or whatever game they enjoy playing in the yard. I love cuddling them and making them feel good. They eat typically at 6am and 5pm. My husband and I live a fairly quiet life and would just have the dogs nearby as we enjoy watching television in the evening.Bedtime includes a last trip outside to the yard and sleep in or near the master bedroom on the floor. I have extra dog beds, if needed. We are home more than gone. Dogs are happy in this peaceful environment.
