I have always loved animals. Perhaps it’s the maternal instinct. Most of my adult life there has been at least one dog or cat in my life and as many as three at a time. I have raised them all from puppyhood or kitten hood. I’ve slso spent many hours dog sitting my grand dogs. That is what I am doing as I write these words now. I know the requirements for keeping our pets healthy, happy, and safe. I have so many happy memories of my pets. I genuinely believe the bond between people and their pets is like no other. I was honored in my teaching career to be entrusted with the care of others’ children, and would also be honored to be entrusted with the care of your pets.
