Pet care experience
Through the last 5 decades, I have been blessed to love and care for many dogs, cats, and bunnies as pets in our household. While my own children were in grade school, I owned and operated Pointers Run Pet Sitting for 3 years in which I walked dogs daily, cared for senior pets, medicated cats and dogs, as well as cared for many vacation clients’ pets, including birds. Regardless of rain or snow, I am available to walk dogs at their owners discretion. As a retired optician and recent empty nester, I currently have open availability. My passion in pet care is to exercise dogs of all sizes and cats whether it’s going on long walks, fetching, or sitting down on the floor to play. I am energetic and eager to help your pets live their best life.

Nancy took excellent care of my cat while I was away for the weekend. She gave a detailed report of their time together, including pictures. Leaving my cat for long period of time is a major reason I never travel, but now that I have a quality pet sitter nearby, I feel like I can leave with confidence knowing my cat will be lovingly looked after. Nancy will be at the top of my list for any pet sitting needs in the future.
Nancy had sitter my tow babies multiple times a Lab and a Rottweiler, I love how she treats them like if they were her own. One day I was out of town and I was going to take me about 4 hours more to get back home and my dogs haven't go out for the last 6 hours I called Nancy with a very short notice and thanks good she was happy to go and let my dogs out and give then dinner, she send me a snapshot of her and my babies playing in the backyard...:) I loved it I feel like the world was a nice place again... I'm always impressed by how much she loves dogs my tow babies as I call them are not exactly puppies anymore and they can be hard to keep up with, but she's always happy to take care of them. If I could I'll give her 10 Stars...:)
Nancy is a very loving and compassionate person. She treats all animals with lots of love and they respond to her with much tail wagging and doggie kisses. Leaving your pet and going away can be very difficult and worrisome for pet owners. Nancy will give you peace of mind. She will care for your animals as if they were hers and always work to keep them well cared for, safe and happy.
