Pet care experience
My name’s Nancy and my husband Rich and I have lived in Martinez for 18 years. We’ve both grown up with pets, mostly dogs. We love them and have always considered them a part of our family. We lost our yellow lab, Austin, to cancer last Fall at age 13. We missed the pitter-patter of dog feet and so adopted Bean, a medium size mix who’s 6-12 months old. She’s playful, plays well with other dogs and is deaf. She’s very sweet! We love hosting dogs in our home. They become a part of our family for the time they're with us. We enjoyed our trip away for 3 nites knowing that our 1 yr old pup was in good hands. He was able to run and play with Nancy & Richard's dog and go to the nearby go park. Nancy was kind by sending daily photos and a reassuring note that our pup was doing well. This was his first time staying overbite away from us, so we wanted to have a homelike setting and not confined to a pen. We rate the service excellent and would use this family again, if they agree to caring for our dog. Thank you, again for the dog boarding!

Our dog walks are around your neighborhood, unless we discuss otherwise. If we’re boarding your dog, we will walk around the neighborhood too, but also walk on the trails in Briones Regional Park right at the top of our street. We would discuss with you what would be the most fun for your dog’s needs and abilities.
