We miss having a dog in the house! We’ll walk your dog, play fetch, take him/her to the lakefront or dog park - whatever s/he likes. Being outside with a dog is pure joy!! Our dog had severe hip dysplasia, so we can take care of older dogs too. We had to lift Carly up to get into the car and house toward the end of her life. So we can manage giving medications and being patient with older dogs. I do ask that dogs be housebroken, crate trained, and walk without pulling (sometimes a harness or gentle leader helps with this). Please note that we do not have a fenced-in yard. I do prefer that the dog is crated when we leave, for everyone’s safety, and that the dog obeys basic commands and can walk with people (other than owners) without too much pulling.
