In one word, Charissa is fantastic. I live about an hour away and gladly make the drive because I know that my pups are safe and happy. Most recently, I left my 13 year old pup-who had just had surgery-with Charissa and I knew I would have nothing to worry about. He was upset at first but she sat with him, petted him and made he feel safe-just as I would do if he was with me. She sent me photos and responded quickly to every message I left her. Yes, an hour is a long way to go to board a dog but well worth the peace of mind knowing that they are loved and cared for as if they were Charissa's own pets. Can't recommend highly enough. Would give 10 stars if allowed.

Nancy did a great job of taking care of Maggie (Havanese Pup). She came home happy and exhausted after spending five days romping in the backyard and playing with other dogs that has really helped in her socialization. Nancy sent me pics every day and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Nancy for your pet sitter. I will be using her again.
