Pet care experience
Hello! I have always loved dogs since I was a young girl. I got my first dog at age 18 and had two dogs of my own for 28 years. My husband and I are now empty nesters who are "borrowing" friends' dogs and loving on them! I have regular clients who rely on me to snuggle with, walk, feed, love on and care for their precious pups while they're away. I also have family who have entrusted me with their dogs; even a Westie with diabetes who required insulin shots twice a dayI My husband and I have also been foster parents to two English Springer Spaniel brothers for ESRA (English Springer Rescue America) in late 2017/2018, who were successfully adopted by their forever family in January 2018. I love to walk and be outside, and if your dog loves to swim, we have a cottage on Silver Lake where I spend a lot of my time in the summer. Let me help you out with your pooch(es) or kitties, and it will benefit BOTH of us!

Nancy is amazing! I am new to the area and I was very hesitant to leave my dog. Nancy is an incredible communicator and made me comfortable from the start. She came for a meet and greet and my dog instantly bonded with her (animals know) I was away for 3 nights. Nancy stayed at my home, sent me text updates and photos, took my dog on long walks and even spoiled him with a new toy! She also left my home immaculate. I’m feel so fortunate to have met Nancy. I was able to relax on my trip. I highly recommend Nancy. She’s simply the best!
Nancy is great. She came in and was very friendly to the kitties during the meet and greet, made sure she saw all three before she left the visit and sent photos. Definitely will ask Nancy to help again in the future.
Nancy was awesome with Geneva Rose. Will use her again next time she and we are in Myrtle Beach.
Nancy is terrific!! Molly is a special dog with some anxiety at times with new people. She obviously did not feel this way with Nancy. I was so comfortable leaving my 2 dogs and 1 cat with her. She played with them, walked them, stayed at my home and overall did a great job. She is highly recommended!

I do not have a fenced-in back yard but do have a 30-foot lead for quick "in and outs." I am willing to walk him/her, take to the dog park, stay overnight if needed or just come over for a "potty break." We have just gotten a puppy after almost six years of being dog-free, and we're very excited for our Sebastian to meet other dogs for play time! He is a very easy going mini goldendoodle who was born in March 2020.

I am well versed in English Springer Spaniels, having owned two personally and fostered two brothers in late 2017/2018 but I love ALL dogs! I have learned a lot about cats in the past year but I personally have never had a cat. Also, please see my reviews if you have any questions! I have had WONDERFUL people contact me to pet sit, some of whom have also become personal friends! We are now the proud parents to a mini goldendoodle, Sebastian, born in March 2020!
A typical day
We have a summer cottage on Silver Lake and if your dog loves to swim, it's the perfect location for them to burn off some of their energy. I also love to walk as does my husband so rest assured that your pet will get plenty of exercise while in my charge.
