I have an open concept home with a closed in porch and a sizeable back fenced-in yard. No close neighbors so noise isn't a problem if dogs a barker. I have 3 small dogs myself of various ages and I train dogs as an occupation. I'm home during the weekdays when most people work. I can't guarantee your dog won't get dirty but they'll have a good time or stay. My home is a one floor rancher so steps aren't an issue if your dog is geriatric. I'll be glad to follow any regimen that you set and feed to your specifications. I'm very knowledgeable about various breeds and dog temperament in general. If you'd like additional training instruction, it could be discussed for an additional fee.
