Do not book with this sitter. Nancy is a nice person but is not a good fit to be a Rover watcher. We had the meet and greet with my 6 month old 35 pound active puppy and she agreed to watch her. I booked the week and dropped her off the morning of my trip. When I arrived her dog attacked my dog and she didn't even try to break it up, where as I had to rescue my dog from hers. My dog is bigger than hers so hers would have been the one to get hurt. She assured me they would be kept apart. I was in the car on my way to the airport when I get a text from Nancy saying she can't watch my dog. She didn't even give her a chance to settle in. I didn't know what to do. I almost had to cancel my trip. Luckily my friend who was driving me to the airport said he would pick up my dog and take her to the kennel he uses. He had to drive 30 miles out of his way to do this but it saved the day and I was able to go. Nancy said she was sorry but that does not make up for it.

Thank You Nancy? I really appreciate you taking care of my fur baby. You did a great job he is a happy boy. I appreciate all the updates with photos while we were out of town. I would definitely use you again. I could tell from the time you came to meet us peanut was very comfortable with you. If you ever want to use me as a reference please do. Thanks again Lagita Palmer
