Our whole family, people AND pets, LOVES it when Nancy visits! We have used her exclusively as our sitter for years, or else we just don't go places or we go places where the "kids" are welcome! All we have to do is say "Nancy's" coming over!" & the dogs go stare out the front window & wag their tails like crazy when she pulls up in the driveway! They hardly even notice *us* leaving! LOL She's great about letting us call her as often as we want to (which is frequently) gives us behavior and activity reports and even lets us talk to our dogs and cat by holding the phone up to their ears or putting us on speaker, then tells us their reactions to the sound of our voices. She has a knack for noticing different behaviors and after checking with us had to take one of our dogs to the vet when she thought she needed to get checked out... turned out to be a mild and common tummy trouble but did need treatment and we were SO grateful she was there and spotted the problem before it got worse! She has a big Toyota Sequoia 4WD with a dog ramp (helpful for our older dogs) and a lift gate in back with plenty of room for our 4 big dogs to take them out for walks in the desert or playtime at dog parks. She's watched our dogs come and pass over the many years we've known her and is like a family member to us now. She grieves right along with us and even sends sympathy cards when one of our furry friends passes through The Veil. I happily recommend her, highly! She's retired now and I am so happy for her that she gets to care for animals full-time now! You won't regret entrusting her with the care of any pets or even livestock you may have. We hate to leave our animals when we go on vacation or on day trips but it takes the sting out of it a little bit knowing they're being cared for by Nancy. I think she's happiest when she's with animals and they certainly seem to sense that!
