Pet care experience
I have a soft spot for dogs, especially since our first family pet passed away in 2015 (she had an advancing tumor). I now have two of my own fur-babies (they are NOT fixed yet). Working with Rover.com is my way of earning whatever side income I can while paying off a recent masters degree. PS) I will not be able to visit dogs in homes with cats, since I am allergic to cats.
Reviews
Nancy is not only a dog lover but is knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to my dog's needs everytime she watches her! Millie loves spending time with her and her two dogs Annie and Buddy every time she goes, and gets super excited when we drive up to her house. I definitely recommend Nancy for your dog sitting needs.
Nancy took a good care of my puppy, Bubbles. She also made him wear a sweater outside in snow; that was really sweet of her. Highly recommended for your fur babies. :)
Nancy has watched our dog a couple times now. She has shown great care for her and kept us updated throughout her stay. It has been our best experience with Rover.
We had a great experience with Nancy, and our dog loved making new dog-friends. Would definitely book again!

I have a fenced in yard. Dogs will Always be supervised while in the fenced yard, to avoid any attempted escapes via digging, and to ensure no unwanted visitors open the gate.
Information Nancy B. would like to know about your pet
ALL GUEST DOGS MUST BE CURRENT ON VACCINES (including the seasonal Flu Shot) AND PREVENTION MEDS (flea, tick, heartworm). Other details I find helpful are the dog’s general behavior; dietary restrictions; timing of bathroom needs; friendliness around other animals and/or people; etc.. No breed limits, but since my own dogs are NOT fixed yet, only fixed dogs may visit my home. ***Side note: I will always request a meet-and-greet prior to scheduling services in order to gauge the demeanor of a new dog. ***Please be aware, rates for 2024 may increase slightly for new clients.***
A typical day
Going for walks around the neighborhood is a typical outing for my own dogs; I’d be glad to do the same for yours. Playing with dog toys, teaching to race ('ready, set, go') or other tricks are applied sporadically or as needed (if they don’t initiate it themselves). Of course I can also slow the pace and chill if that is what your dog needs (i.e. senior dogs).

———— UPDATE (Sept. 2023): Rover services will be on hold until all pups from Annie’s litter have been adopted; estimated return December 2023 or January 2024.
