Let me pamper your fur baby while you are away! I offer loving in-home pet care in a safe, fun environment. Your pet becomes part of my family...snuggles with me, eats with me, plays in the backyard and can even sleep with me! I have had dogs for over 28 years and I have experience with elderly, special needs and pets with illnesses. I am trained in human/animal CPR and can administer medications. I have yorkies and chihuahuas but love all small dogs. I have a great backyard and live on a tree lined street that is great for walk. I offer peace of mind while you are enjoying your vacation! About this sitter: I am a total animal lover! I'm also a dog clothes designer. There's nothing I like more than snuggling with a little fur baby! Why I love dog sitting I've been an animal lover since I was a kid. But I didn't have dogs until I was in my 20's and they are my true love!! I am a dog clothing designer and love to indulge my fur kids!! About my yard I have a beautiful backyard that is fully fenced 6' all around. My dogs love to run around the backyard and never want to come in! My experience administering medication I am comfortable giving medications orally and by injection. One of my dogs, Brooke had a brain disorder and I've learned quite a bit by being her caretaker.

TL:DR - Nanci is amazing and you should book her with confidence! We were so lucky to have Nanci as our first Rover experience, and she took care of our little fur baby while we were on vacation over Labor Day weekend. We felt so comfortable with her staying in our house - when we returned everything was in tip-top shape and it was like no one was there at all! Nanci sent us photos every day, and treated our little girl like she was one of her own. Nanci also came by our place a few weeks before to get acclimated and get to know our little girl, so when she arrived everything was calm and comfortable. Nanci also was so kind to show up a bit early based on some changing travel plans and was in constant communication as we returned home. Our little girl was happy and stress-free when we returned, and we sincerely could not have asked for a better first Rover experience. We will absolutely be booking Nanci in the future!!!!
We couldn't ask for a better pet sitter than Nanci. She takes great care of our cats, responds quickly, and is extraordinarily thoughtful and communicative!
Nanci was such a wonderful pet sitter and gave us so much piece of mind. She sent lots of pictures, videos, and updates and the pets seemed happy and well loved. When my flight home was delayed she stayed late with the pets too. Thank you Nanci!
Nanci was wonderful! Our cat loved seeing and playing with her. She made sure she was well taken care of! I plan booking with her for future out of town vacations.

I like to know anything and everything a dog guardian can tell me!! It can only help me to know everything about a particular dog so that I can make their stay enjoyable for everyone involved. I know some people can have issues with chihuahuas but I have 2 myself and enjoy figuring out their quirky personalities!
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I live on a tree lined street that is great for walks, there are some hills and a park only a few blocks away. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will be allowed to sleep in my bed, if he/she is allowed. Or if you prefer, you can bring me a crate or their own dog bed. It's totally up to you and your pup! Time I'll spend with your dog I am not working another job right now so other than going to a class on Thursday nights, I will be home to snuggle, walk and care for your pup. I do have one request concerning dog food. I cannot in good faith feed a dog that comes into my care grocery store food, such as Beneful, Ol' Roy, Pedigree anything made by Purina. I'm sorry but I love all dogs and to me that is pure junk food that kills. If you brought me your child to baby sit, I would not feed it McDonald's and Coke so please don't expect me to feed your precious dog those horrible foods.
