Pet care experience
I spend all my time with my Blue Heeler- Agatha. I rescued her a few years ago & I couldn't imagine my life any other way. She's a certified Emotional Therapy dog- I volunteer & take her to Children's Hospitals & love to see her bring smiles and laughter to the children. I live across the street from Echo Park Lake & right down the street from Elysian Park. I will treat your dog as my own, we can go on long individual walks/ hikes or take Agatha along as a playmate- she gets along with everyone! I've had dogs all my life, your dog will be in great hands with me.My love and compassion for animals has been a lifelong dream to care for and send time with them, I look forward to loving & caring for your dog as well

I'm so lucky to have found Nanci as my dogs sitter/walker. My dog Sadie loves to spend time with Nanci & Aggie- she now has a new best friend/playmate that I feel happy & comfortable leaving her with when i go out of town, or just need her to come check on/walk Sadie. Nanci is very responsible & trustworthy. Nanci even sends me frequent photo updates of Sadie during her stay. I would definitely recommend her as a loving & qualified sitter!
I'm amazed to see the way dogs react when they're with Nanci. It's like she has a special gift & language with them. She's watched my dog many times & I'm very happy & pleased with the results. All dog breeds are great for me. I would like to know if they have any special dietary needs or require medication. If they experience separation anxiety, & how well they get along with other dogs
A typical day
I'm home all the time, so I'll be able to give your dog 100 percent attention. I will take your dog on walks around Echo Park Lake or through the trails in Elysian Park- based on your dogs needs. I can provide extra exercise throwing a ball or taking them to a dog park if necessary. Your dog's sleeping arrangement If your dog has a bed, you can bring it with them- I also have an available crate if needed. Your dog is allowed on my furniture, wherever he/she is welcome to sleep wherever they'd like, so they're comfortable. Also if needed when your dog is boarding overnight at my place, my boyfriend can watch my dog Agatha at his place, so your dog can feel more comfortable and get all my undivided attention.
