My first job was watching dogs for my neighbors growing up and they used me as their sitter constantly. I also grew up in a household with multiple cats and dogs, usually 2 cats and 2 dogs at a time. I currently have a dog and a cat myself and I still watch my parents house and animals when they are away. One of their dogs has no feeling in his back legs and uses a wheelchair so have experience with his special needs incland can always learn what you need for your animals and their own needs and requirements.
