I've always had an amazing connection with dogs. My uncle had a Bernese Mountain dog so I basically grew up with him and learned everything I needed to know about taking care of dogs. I have also trained two of my old neighbor's puppies in high school, which helped me build a close bond to them as well as build my level of patience with dogs. Furthermore, I have taken care of an older dog (a french bulldog) for a day while I was in college which enabled me to manage my time well between school and dog sitting. I have taken care of a 10-week old golden doodle pup over the summer as well as a 2-year old bichon frise while in school. I am currently a junior at Temple University. Although I have classes during the week, I have a good amount of free time to take care of dogs. I am very gentle with all types of dogs and my roommates and friends in my apartment building are also very dog-friendly.
