Pet care experience
Although I do not have any professional experience working with animals, I am a current volunteer and have been for the past 12 years of a few different animal rescues that are involved with animals such as cats, dogs, rodents, reptiles, horses, and many more! What sets me aside from other dog walkers is that I am a very energetic so whatever pace the dog wants to go, or for however long, I will follow their lead. What makes me different than other sitters is that I am always very interactive with the animals. I love to play and cuddle, or if the animal prefers to be left alone, that is okay too. I am all about making sure your pet feels loved, safe, and at home when they are in my care.

This is our second time using Nahannah. Our house was spotless when we came home. Our very anxious chihuahuas were very relaxed with her even on overnights. She sends regular pics and videos which I love and she follows all directions as asked. I cannot hope for anything more with my fur babies!
Nahannah was wonderful! She did a great job with our very high maintenance chihuahuas and our cat. She checked in regularly with updates and photos. The house was immaculate when we returned. We will definitely rebook for our next trip!
Great sitter my puppy loved her! And she was available on short notice and let my dog stay late. Thanks again def will have her watch re again.
Nahannah was very sweat she took really good care of Dior she sent me videos and keep me up to date about how Dior was doing I will be going back to here in the future she was amazing

I personally don’t have any animals myself so when I do get to care for someone else’s pets, I always treat them as if they were my own and give them the best personal care I could possibly provide. I never want any animal to feel like they have to trust me right away because they don’t! Trust is something that we as humans have to earn from animals, and I’ve learned that letting them explore their own comfort is the fastest and most efficient way of gaining their trust. Some animals trust every person they see, and others it may take weeks or even months to warm up to someone. Every animal is different and sometimes it just takes a little work and patience!

If they have fleas and/or ticks I would like to be notified. Also if they have dietary restrictions, or any special needs I would need to know ahead of time.
A typical day
Neighborhood walks and around a local park. I love to give lots of playtime during the day so at night we’re both ready for bed & hopefully lots of cuddles!!

Availability
I currently work from home so i’m always free to care for your pets. I am usually up by 6am everyday & have a fairly active lifestyle so if your dog has a lot of energy, we will have a blast together! And if they like to be left alone (as hard as it may be for me to resist cuddling them) I will respect their space and let them do their own thing!
