Welcome to 2022 We are currently evaluating our services for the year ahead. New Clients ~ we will meet new clients as requested and will do so outdoors. Please note that messages sent after 8:30 pm will be answered first thing the following morning. As a Part-Time land / Aquatic Fitness instructor and professional facilitator, I have some flexibility throughout the week, on weekends, and through the holidays when home at the PAW'nderosa. As a family, we have committed to caring for our fur guests, so in addition to myself, my adult son and husband also provide plenty of loving care and attention. We have 2 acres of property, 1 acre of it is fenced for supervised outdoor play; It's Safe, Shaded and Sheltered. Our home is 100% dog-friendly with many comfortable places for naps and lounging. Our 2 Black Lab Pups (Seb & Ike) are now 4 years old and we are pleased to say that they are becoming great hosts and love to play. Take a look at the photos and read the kind reviews from our many repeat guests... you will find that we treat your fur kids just like family. We would LOVE to meet you and your dog prior to boarding to ensure that all expectations are met. We only accept non-aggressive, well-socialized dogs but have been able to work out minor issues between fur - friends without trouble. Overtly aggressive dogs put our other guests at risk and we will not accommodate that. Intact (Non-Neutered) males who demonstrate marking behaviors in the house will not be accommodated as this is our home. We have experience with first time boarding, separation anxiety (dogs and dog parents), and fear of storms. If your dog is usually in a crate for any reason, please let us know as we want his/ her experience to be as close to home as possible. (you bring the crate) We are happy to answer any and all your questions regarding your pet' care needs. Our dog Stella had a lovely get away at Nadine’s. She came home tired and well loved. Nadine gave us updates and photos, which was very appreciated. We will definitely have Stella go again!
A little late writing this, we took Tucker for a quick weekend getaway in August and much like his long stay back in February he came home a happy pooped out pup 🐶. Always a pleasure taking Tucker to Nadine, never have to worry if he's having a good time but seeing pics throughout the stay are nice 🙂 A big thank you!
Nadine was amazing. Very friendly and experienced. My dog was welcomed there with open arms and extremely well cared for in Nadine’s home. Nadine is careful to ensure dogs get along well and her warm and calm manner makes everyone, human and canine, feel comfortable. We are so grateful and we will definitely book this again the next time we go away.
This was the first time we have been in need of any kind of dog sitting/boarding and Nadine made it extremely easy! From the first meet and greet to when we picked him up after an 11 day stay. Nadine has a wealth of knowledge and you can tell she genuinely cares for your fur baby as much as she loves her own ❤. Hands down we will take Tucker back to Nadine should we need it, thank you so much!!

We love most breeds and sizes of dogs, however, are very aware of matching our guests for their safety. We do not accommodate overly aggressive behaviours. Do not tolerate marking in my home.
A typical day
We have many acres of accessible open space right behind our home for off-leash running for those dogs we know best. We trail walk at Parrots Bay CA whenever possible We love to take dogs swimming in Lake Ontario and even at the local pool when they have their Dog Only Swimming Event at the end of the summer.
