My boyfriend and I are huge dog lovers. We have a 3yr old Mini Schnauzer named Luke. We've had him since he was born. His mother is my sister's dog. He's a little feisty when first meeting new people and other dogs, but he is very playful once he calms down. We have a huge fenced in back yard with plenty of space to run around. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays for a few hours each day, off on weekends. I'm available all day to play with the fur babies and take them outside. Tues, Wed, Thrs-I am not available all day. I cannot take week-long or extended stays as nobody would be available on Tues, Wed, Thrs to let the dog out and play with him. I have no problem with pets on the furniture. I love hanging out in my living room, watching tv, with my fur baby in my lap. If you prefer that your dog not be allowed on the furniture please let me know so I don't get them into bad habits. I do not allow pets on my bed, unless I've just bathed them. I prefer dogs that are crate trained or dogs that have their own bed/pillow to sleep on as they are easier to put to sleep at night. I do not allow dogs on the bed at night so if your dog is not crate trained or trained to sleep on a pet bed/pillow, he will cry all night. I cannot accept male dogs that are not neutered. I have a male dog of my own so when other male dogs that are not neutered come into my house and sniff around, they want to "mark" all over my house.
