Pet care experience
I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, turtles, frogs, fish, salamanders, and snails. I was involved in dog, rabbit, and guinea pig 4-H for ten years so I have some experience with training, diseases, and behaviors. I currently show my dogs in AKC Confirmation competition so good nutrition, exercise, and training is a must for my own animals. I am able to give medication in pill or shot form. I am available to come to your house anytime except overnight.

Myra has been my friend for over a decade now. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She was my roommate in college and I have never known her to have a cross word for anyone (or any animal). She LOVES all types of pets and your pets would love her too! When we were in college, we would visit the pet store nearby every now and then and Myra was able to name all the breeds from memory so you can be assured that she is very knowledgeable about proper animal care. I have never seen any pet or animal that wasn't immediately her new best friend!!!! I would absolutely trust my pets with Myra anytime, a better pet sitter is not to be found!!!
I have known Myra for 10 years. She is probably the most caring and compassionate person I know. We were roommates in college, she was my bridesmaid, and we remain close friends to this day despite the distance between us. I have NEVER seen Myra yell or even raise her voice at someone (much less an animal!) She is one of those people that always makes you feel good about yourself, and if you need her, she will be there. One of the first things I ever learned about Myra was her love for animals. We used to tease her in college because she wanted to meet a guy who "liked kids" but "loved animals". (She found him by the way!). My dogs love Myra, and I know your pets will love her too. The compassion and special connection she shares with animals is second to none. Myra has had pets of all different shapes and sizes throughout her life, all happy and healthy. You could not find a more qualified or friendly pet sitter.

A typical day
I take a daily walk with my dogs and play ball in the yard with them nightly. They’re also couch potatoes so they like to sleep a lot during the day and they eat and are kenneled at night.

I work from home so potty breaks and cuddles are a regular occurrence at my place. If visiting your home I have a flexible schedule to hopefully fit your needs.
