I grew up in a home with all kinds of pets! From rats to snakes to cats and dogs, I love all types of animals and have a passion for making sure they all feel loved, happy, safe and comfortable. I’m very active and love taking walks, jogs, bike rides or going to the dog park (maybe even one with obstacle courses!). I’m a former high school math teacher of 7 years, transitioning to a career in nursing, so I’m home all day taking online classes through Johns Hopkins and applying to nursing school. So if you are looking for something that can give your pet(s) constant attention, look no further! I’m very patient with all types of pet temperaments and am happy to continue training your pet if they are learning commands or tricks! I live in a house with a large doggie door, fenced-in backyard, 2 shy rescue cats and 2 fun-loving, playful dogs. Whether you need someone to spend time walking or playing with your dog(s), hang out with a cat or two, or need to find a safe place for your animals to board—I can’t wait to help out. I know how anxious I get when I have to leave my pets in the care of others, so I love sending text and photo updates to helps put your mind at ease or answer any of your questions! It’s very important to me that you enjoy your time away from home to the fullest and not have to experience that lingering anxiety about how your furry babies are doing. That’s what I’m here for :) Note for NEW PUPPY parents! **If you have a puppy 6mo or younger and are looking for a consistent/regular schedule for your pup to be watched, I love training the little furballs, helping them go potty outside and have no problem cleaning up “oopsies!” on the carpet. I have training experience and if you show me the commands you are working on, I’ll keep him/her on track to the needs of your household! I know that with covid, one week you might be around your pup all day working remotely and then the next you get called back in to work, and I know how stressful that can be on the little one AND you! I take lots of photos to keep you’re cuteness quota fulfilled daily and give ‘em lots of love and energy outlets all day so that when they return to you, they are perfect, sleepy, little angels 😇 🐶
