My daughter is a Animal Science major and I have learned so much from her care. I am an advocate for pets of all kinds and I have been an owner and lover of dogs and cats since I was a young child. I have been in the presence of my daughters training guide dogs and I have found joy in the care and training of the dogs. The pets have become a part of the family. I have adopted several cats and dogs over the years. I think that dogs and cats are loving and offer excellent companionship - as well as emotional healing for the young and the older adults alike.
