Animals recognize energy before form; in this sense they come with zero judgment but intense sensitivity and fierce integrity. My energy is clear and consistent and my presence is calm and assertive. Your pet will feel safe and loved in my company while enjoying the freedom to be curious about me, and about the environment we share. Over the past two years I have consistently taken care of both cats and dogs. My experience with canines ranges from caring for mid-size to large dogs, while my experience with felines has mostly been with Siamese. I believe in maintaining boundaries for the safety and comfort of the pets in my care. As a poet and a novelist, I spend my mornings at my writing desk; my afternoons and evenings are clear for non-verbal/non-lingual communication with the spirit that resides in all mammals. Give your pet the opportunity to enjoy mine.

Mustafa is wonderful, calm and patient with our cat Butch. Butch is very nervous and takes a while to warm up to new people. Mustafa realized that Butch needed some time to interact and Butch actually pretty quickly warmed up to Mustafa. When speaking with Mustafa we realized he is very aware of different types of personalities animals have and quickly became Butch's friend. We would recommend Mustafa and plan to book more sessions with him.
Mustafa was wonderful with my little Louise! He was on time, friendly, and even showed me a couple of things when it came to handling my active little girl. Will definitely rebook!
Mustafa was a great help and excellent with my dog we was a little shy of him.

My first order of business is establishing a connection with the pooch in my care. Once a dynamic has been achieved through mutual resonance, I discuss with the client what exactly they want out of my visit. At the moment I am unable to host a pet in my residence but I can come out to pick up yours!

I would like to know primarily if your pet has any special needs or compulsive behaviors that a pet sitter should be aware of! Usually, this includes their attitude to other dogs, adults, and children, and their tendency to follow instruction, particularly if the client hopes for an off leash hike!
A typical day
Depending on the personality of the canine in my care, I offer a variety of activities that range from long leash walks in the woods or short leash walks along the boulevard on the east side. I'm also happy to go for off-leash hikes , depending on the pet. I love going to dog parks and socializing. I have a RAV4 so mobility is never an issue!

Availability
After my morning’s writing, and before my nighttime review of the morning’s work, I am looking to spend time with a pooch, either by taking them out for a walk around the block, or an extended hike or swim, weather permitting!
