I'm in my 60's, very responsible, playful and have a great home for your, large breed dogs. I will treat your family member like they are part of my family. About this sitter: I am in my 60's and haved owned or fostered many different animals. The latest foster was a large belgian shepherd, my "god dog" I am comfortable administering medications dogs. I am very playful and I feel we have forgotten how to play with our pets...we use them for security, safety, social context...YOUR DOG WILL LIKE TO PLAY WITH ME...squeeky toys and rubs..that's what they like. I prefer large breeds and only take in 2 at a time so that I can give them the love and attention they deserve. We will enjoy walks around the beautiful Whittier neighborhood and lots of time talking and hugging each other. Why I love dog sitting My family has had dogs since I was a child. I was the person responsible for all the trainning and care of the dog including picking up after it. I enjoy walking with a dog to get my own exercise, summer and winter. My last foster dog was a large black belgian shepherd who looked like a big wolf. He was especially fun to walk at night in the snow because I felt so safe. I have the tendency to talk to a dog like a human..ok, I said it.
