I cannot say enough bad about this experience. The only reason I took moshai is because I had a last minute need and she was the only one available. She did not follow my detailed instructions that were provided in a pdf and my dog peed in the house twice because of that. There are many complaints I have here but the other two biggest ones were that my neighbors called me on my trip to Argentina to complain that oreo was barking all night and they were concerned fir her. The reason she was barking is because she was left alone for up to 4 hours at night which I specifically hired moshai because she said she could be here full time. Oreo is a rescue that is not yet trained to be alone. And finally I had to come back from Argentina early which cost me about $2,000 because of moshai. And when I got home I could smell Marijuana in my house. I have 3 regular walkers that have worked overnight with oreo many times. Never have they had these issues including when oreo is sick. Do not hire moshai to care for your pet.
