I have dogs in my life since the day I was born, and have been taking care of them since I was 7. I currently have 3 amazing dogs, 2 of which were strays I took in off the street. My dogs are not just pets to me, they are like my 4 legged children, they are part of my family. I have a soft spot in my heart for all dogs, being around them makes me happy. As far as experience other than my own dogs, I have taken care of relatives dogs when I lived in NY. Walked them, fed them, played with them, ect. I am excited to start doing it for a living, nothing better than being around dogs all the time.
