Morgana was fantastic. She was great with quickly scheduling a meet n greet and knew all the right ways to act around our very anxious and protective German shepherd. She did an amazing job caring for our dogs and any concerns were quickly addressed. She kept me updated daily and sent many photos. We will definitely use her again :)

Morgan’s is a very lovely individual who has sat for my dogs before. However; this last time was a bit of a train wreck. I had booked two months in advance for 14 days while I and my husband were away in Indiana for our wedding ceremony. She was supposed to stay at our house and watch the dogs while we were away. Not even three days into our vacation, I was canceled on. Morgan’s had been having her husband watch our dogs in her place while at work, and when interacting with our 7 year old chiweenie who is afraid of men due to him being abused prior to us getting him (which was mentioned at our meet and greet), Morgana’s husband was bit. This is only one of a list of a few of my concerns. Her husband really shouldn’t have been handling Rudy. Additionally, due to lack of supervision our dogs chewed up several things in the home while Morgana was gone. It seemed as though she was barely there throughout the day from what we had seen on our camera. I understand that work is a necessity; however, she had two months to alter her schedule and make more time for the dogs or alert me that she did not have enough time to house sit. Fortunately, we were able to have one of my husbands friends take over. But the stress we had to deal with this time around was overwhelming considering we planned so far ahead and accommodated her as much as we could. Especially when we were 14 hours away and only a few days before our wedding. I think for short visits, Morgana is a great sitter. But as far as house sitting or extended stays, she may need to alter the way she runs her business.
