Hi I'm Morgan! I've been loving and caring for people's pets for two years and it's my favorite job I've ever had. Prior to pet sitting, I worked in animal shelters and farm sanctuaries for a collective four years. On top of that I've studied canine behavior and body language for three years and now work to help anxious and hyper dogs find balance. I promise to offer compassionate and reliable care to your pets. I love the people and animals I get to meet through this job and I hope I get to meet you and yours soon!

During our initial meet & greet, I will ask you specific details about your animal's routine(s) and needs. I'll ask that you provide written instructions and feeding routines in your pet's profile on Rover so that I can make sure not to miss anything important. I am not certified in pet CPR and first aid but I do know what to do in the event of choking and I know basic first aid from growing up around a vet tech mother.

Please tell me what your dog is and isn't allowed to do: whether or not they can have soft toys, any allergies they may have, medications they take. I would also like to know their energy level and any behavioral problems or other issues you are currently working on. I've worked with dogs that are reactive and have stranger danger. I've also worked with dogs that have fear aggression.
A typical day
I provide physical and mental enrichment for pets. On walks, dogs are always allowed to sniff as it is great enrichment for the brain. If you have a fenced yard and/or toys, I will engage your dog(s) in physical play, like fetch or chase. I can take your dog(s) to any trail or park of your preference. I have a clean vehicle with a dog seat cover in the back as well as doggy seat belts.

My schedule is very flexible and I do my best to take last minute bookings when I can. I schedule myself around the bookings I receive.
