Hello! My name is Morgan and thank you for visiting my profile! From fish to hermit crabs, dogs and cats, I've had wonderful pets my entire life. As a former animal parent, I understand the anxiety of finding someone pleasant and trustworthy to watch your furry family members. I've owned and cared for pets since I was 6 years old and I have extensive housesitting experience due to my previously nomadic lifestyle! I am also a certified veterinary assistant and am trained to administer oral and topical medications and injections, as well as in animal behavior/handling and canine CPR. From high-energy dogs to couch potato cats, every animal is special and has unique needs! I look forward to meeting you and your lovable pets soon!

Amazing, Fantastic! Morgan was great for our almost 2 week Vacation. She was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire time…she also sent pictures of our puppies while we were gone! I think they miss her a lot now that we’re home. ? Highly recommended!

When I am at your home, I usually work from the couch, the bed, or the dining room and will have eyes and ears on your fur baby as much as possible! I try to limit my time away to just work and errands to ensure the safety and happiness of your pets and home.

I don't have any breed or species preferences, I love all animals! I'd like to know if your dog, cat, bird, ect. has any behaviors or special needs that I should be aware of beforehand (i.e., medications, special diet, aggressive toward strangers, elderly, ect.).
A typical day
I enjoy nature and going on hikes. I love taking energetic dogs jogging or to the park to play fetch for awhile! But I also have a fatal vice called "the couch." I've been known to cuddle older dogs and cats for hours while never moving from my seat. When we first meet, please tell me about your dog's or cat's energy levels or favorite games, and I will tailor my activities to match their needs!

Availability
I do work full time at a distillery in Rapid City. Most of my shifts are 6-8 hours, and the timing can vary widely. Some days it's the standard 10-6PM, other days I close the bar and am not locked up until closer to 12AM. I will, of course, notify any potential clients of longer shifts (i.e., private events) that could interfere with your furbaby's needs. While I am working from home, or taking a break, I will spend lots of quality time with your pets so they can play and socialize and have a happy-go-lucky day. Rest assured that no matter how packed my work schedule, your pets are my number one priority!
