For myself, finding a responsible, caring, timely, and trustworthy sitter for my cat has been a monumental task. I can now say without a doubt, Morgan has met all my criteria for a perfect Rover cat sitter, and I now look forward to using her when I need to guarantee exceptional service. Meeting, Caring and Attention: From the moment Morgan met Cashew, I was struck by her genuine love and affection for him. Within the first few moments, I felt assured that she had cat sitting experience and would spend ample amounts of time with him to assuage his separation anxiety, as he’s attached to my hip and gets easily anxious when spending numerous days apart. She treated Cash as if he was her own and made sure to provide him plenty of belly rubs and brushes (his favorite). At one point, Cash did have an episode of which Morgan was very quick to reach out and offer multiple solutions and kept in contact until we both knew he was okay. Ultimately, I trust Morgan has the best interest of me and my pet at heart and know she’ll go the extra mile to ensure his well-being. Reliability and Trustworthiness: One of the most crucial (and seemingly difficult) aspects of a pet sitter is finding availability and continued reliability. Morgan has exceeded all expectations in this regard. In the past it has been difficult to find a Rover that was prompt and could accommodate my many last minute out-of-town excursions. Morgan has been very accommodative and never once had issue being punctual for each our agreed-upon visits. Having the peace of mind knowing Cash was going to be seen every day at the same time was worth its weight in gold. Morgan consistently provided updates and photos (very cute photos), allowing me to stay connected and reassured during my times away. I’m starting to think that Cashew looks forward to seeing Morgan more than myself as is evident by the pictures I receive while gone. Purrfect: In my experience with Morgan, I discovered a dedicated and compassionate individual who treats my cat with the utmost care. I wholeheartedly recommend Morgan to anyone seeking the best possible care for their furry friends.
