New to London, looking for a furry friend!
Pet care experience
Hi there! I've owned and loved dogs (all animals, really) for as long as I can remember. Growing up I had Bernese Mountain Dogs, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, and Rottweilers... rarely a creature under 100 lbs. Right now my parents have a Rotti and a Berner (both 150 lbs) named Bob and Marley :) We recently added two French Bulldogs named Lilo and Wilbur to the mix. The pups live over on Bainbridge Island (just off of Seattle) and (when I lived there) I loved to take them to the park, swimming, running, and especially home to spoil them with snuggles. I want to join Rover because I miss having a pup in my life and would be oh-so-grateful to borrow yours for a bit. I’m also new to London and would like to get out and explore with a furry friend!

Morgan watched Tucker on 3 different days for me when I had to be at work for 12 hours straight. She was perfect and it was great knowing Tucker got all day attention while I was at work!

In our home, they are welcome in all rooms and to spend time wherever they are comfortable. We have a two story flat that is spacious but the stairs might present an issue for elderly pets. In your home, if I am just picking up the pet we will be in and out and respectful of your privacy. If we are staying over I can bring my laptop to your place to work and spend as much time there as you prefer or feel comfortable with.

No specific breed preferences, but I would prefer not to sit aggressive dogs. I would like to know about any allergies, dietary restrictions, or abnormal behavior. I have always owned big, mellow, well-trained dogs, so that is what I'm most comfortable with. But I also love a smaller or younger pup as long as they are friendly and well socialized.
A typical day
We will go for long, leisurely walks, or a brisk jog if you have an energetic pup! We’ll play with their favorite toys, snuggle, and “talk” to each other all day ? Pets are very much part of the family in my house and yours will be treated as such.

Availability
I typically work from home four out of five days per week, and am of course also available on weekends. On days when I am in the office, my partner is able to support pet care needs. I wake up early and go to the gym before I start work around 8:30am. If I’m caring for your pet I can swap out my gym routine for a nice long walk or run. We’ll take a midday break and an evening walk as well. In between work calls we can play around the house, snuggle, whatever your pet likes to do! We will of course adhere to any feeding and medication schedules that you have in place.
