Pet care experience
Hello there! My name is Morgan Messick and my job, my life, my passion is animals. I have over 10 years of experience in the animal-care industry (professionally, that is - I’ve cared for animals of my own for as long as I can remember). I love all animals, regardless of shape, size, age, or breed and have five fur-babies of my own (two dogs, Piper and Mason, and three cats, Khloe, Dinah, and Robin). I am CPR certified and have had extensive training in medical care, administration of both oral and injectable medications, canine and feline socialization and behavior treatments, and grooming. But most importantly, my motto has always been that I will take care of your pets as if they were my own. Morgan is the sweetest, most gentle person and animal lover/sitter we’ve had and plan to keep her close! We have two babies- Mia who is a goldendoodle puppy and Ozzy who is a senior matipoo mix and I rarely leave them. Both our dogs were so happy to spend the day with Morgan while my husband and I took out of town guests into Savannah. I Highly recommend her.
Morgan is the best pet sitter we’ve ever had!! We have a dog who needs meds for a heart condition, and we knew we could rely on her with her vet tech experience. She was extremely responsive via text. And sent photo updates of the pets while we were away. She took excellent care of our dogs and they were both looking extremely happy and healthy when we came back. She even left our house very tidy and clean! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to develop a great relationship with a pet sitter who they can really count on to treat your pets as their own. Definitely a five star pet sitter without a doubt!!!

This was my first time using Rover and I was very pleased. Morgan was very friendly and prompt to return calls and messages. I got lots of updates and lots of fun pictures of my Boston Terrier's stay with her. I felt that the rates were super reasonable. She has a very friendly dog that got along with my dog very well and he was happy! I travel a lot for work and I definitely trust Morgan for Extended Stays when needed. I will absolutely use her again and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

I have a very large fenced in yard and two friendly, medium-sized pups to keep your pet company, should you choose to board in my home. All pets are allowed on furniture, so long as you say it’s okay, and given lots of love during their stay

I do not have any breed preferences, but would like to know your pet’s basic background info, see proof of a current rabies vaccine, and do a meet-and-greet beforehand.
A typical day
Pets that stay in my home can expect plenty of opportunities to run and play in my fenced in yard, free access to clean drinking water and all the toys they can play with. I also have a very large couch and bed for them to enjoy, along with smaller pet beds and blankets for lounging.
