Pet care experience
I obtained some pet-sitting experience while I was an undergraduate student. I am now a veterinary student and have finished my third year at Tuskegee University in Alabama. I have worked at a veterinary clinic in Alexandria Virginia for several years, where we work with a variety of animals. These animals included but are not limited to the following: dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chinchillas, snakes, rats, mice, and birds. I also own a cat and a guinea pig myself, so I am no stranger to owning and taking care of pets. If you would like an experienced & dedicated person looking after your furry babies, I would love to help you out! I look forward to meeting your loved ones and developing a professional relationship with you.

In order for me to make sure your pet is as comfortable and happy as possible while under my care, please let me know if your pet experiences any of the following: -allergies -aggression/nervous tendencies -illnesses, along with necessary or emergency medications -small bladder/not house-trained (frequent trips outside necessary)
A typical day
Each pet-sitting visit with me is about 30 minutes long. Each visit will include: attention and playtime, cleaning litter or letting dogs out into the yard, scooping up poop, feeding and providing fresh water, and medicating pet (if applicable). If there is a favorite park or walking route that your dog enjoys, let me know! If requested I can also take steps to reduce the possibility of the break-in while you're gone for an additional fee of $5. This would include bringing in your mail/newspapers and putting out the garbage/bringing in trashcans. If there are other things you would like for me to include, we can negotiate the additional price.
