To be perfectly frank, I'm a crazy dog lady. I can’t get enough of them. Not only do I dote on my own fur baby, a rescue named Mousse, I gawk (and try to pet) at every pup we pass on our walks or see on TV. Dogs truly make me feel so much joy and am fulfilled by their company. If I could have a house full of dogs, I would! When I’m not going gaga over our four-legged friends, I work part-time as a pastry chef! I adore cooking and making others happy through food. I’ve even tried my hand at making yummy and healthy dog treats. Maybe one day, I’ll combine my two passions. I've always had a love for animals since a young age and had many dogs in my life growing up. I spent my teen years volunteering in a shelter and caring for animals. Through Rover, I can combine my passion and my knowledge to do something I really care about. Having my own dog to have a playmate is always a plus. Mousse is extremely friendly, loves to play with his ball, licking peanut butter, and napping with me on the couch. Mousse is almost 7, and is a dogfighting rescue where he used to be used as a bait dog. He’s been through a lot but we’ve nursed him back to his true form and now he's a lapdog wannabe, and loves to play with all dogs, big or small. It appalls me that some people would treat animals so heartlessly, but I want to do my part to shower rescues with as much love, stability, and affection as I can. The only other person in my home is my boyfriend, Nick. He is as much of a dog lover as I am, and he’s committed to taking care of your pup if s/he is in our care. The breeds of dogs I have owned personally include Pitbulls, and a Bichon Frise. However, they were rescues so I'm not entirely sure of their breed. I’ve also fostered dogs. I would be happy to drop into your home and check on your dog or have them stay in mine. Since I work part time, I am home most days. If I am not, Nick will be around to take care of all your dog’s needs. Dogs, and their owners will love that I'm just a dog person. I get it. I love dogs more than most people. I will provide excellent customer service by always keeping clear, open communication.

Morgan did a great job with our pup. We were out of the country for 10 days and we felt great leaving Lily with her. She gave regular updates including pictures. We’d definitely book her again!
Morgan and her boyfriend were great. They were flexible with drop off and pick up, and they took great care of my old boys.

As long as your dog is friendly and fixed there will be no issues as far as I can tell. I think a meet and greet is the perfect way to alleviate any worries, and it’s a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other. I’ll have a list of questions inquiring about your dog’s needs, like diet, exercise routines, triggers, habits, medications (if needed), likes/dislikes, etc. I’m very thorough and respectful, so I will do my absolute best to not only fulfill these basic tasks, but also shower your dog with all the love I have. If your dog is staying in my home, I’ll need them to also be friendly with my dog Mousse. He is a large dog, but super friendly and easygoing! He would love to be a playmate with your dog, big or small! And I wouldn’t be a crazy dog lady without taking a million photos! I’ll most definitely be in constant contact and send updates via text, photos, and videos. I’ll do whatever I can to make your time away from your pup as seamless and stress-free as possible.
A typical day
I live in an apartment complex, and it's full of dogs (and dog people) which is what I love about it. Your pup will love the long walks we’ll take on the trails behind my complex. Your dog can expect long walks and games of fetch! Then we can relax after on the couch with some chewy toys and cuddle. My home is very open with lots of space to play. Nick, Mousse, and I also love to go on hikes, so if your pup is up for it, we’d love to have your dog come along for some exciting nature adventures
