Pet care experience
Hi there! I am absolutely in love with dogs and would love the chance to meet your babies. I'm a college student, currently working on finishing a B.S. in Biology, and have been in and around Athens for six years. I grew up with dogs and, while I can't afford to own one of my own right now, I'm always looking for opportunities to share my love of them! I have plenty of experience both house sitting and dog walking. I've taken care of many breeds and many ages-puppies to older dogs. I'm also willing and able to give medicine if necessary! I can handle any and all levels of energy from your little friends. Whether it's walks around downtown, visits to the dog parks or cuddles on the couch, I'm ready and waiting! In case you have cats in a house sitting situation in addition, know I also have plenty of experience with them as well. I'm more than willing to check on and take care of them if need be!

Morgan has done both short term and longer term dog sitting for my family and is amazing. Most recently she took care of our two dogs and our litter of six puppies. They were well taken care of and their whelping box very clean. I was very impressed that she was able to handle the overwhelming task so well. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with such young puppies, but I was confident Morgan would handle it and I was right!

I do prefer dogs who are crate trained, as well as potty trained. Of course caring for a puppy calls for different parameters, but genuinely I would ask this as a minimum. I have no breed preferences, but would appreciate being informed if there is any history of violence like snapping or biting.
A typical day
There's a second dog park one block away from my apartment that is available. I often take hikes in parks around town, and spend a lot of time in the downtown area. I even know a few spots to go swimming if that is something that you would be comfortable with!!
