We were very disappointed. Some of this is rover and some is the sitter. Number one, sitter indicated she was available for house sitting at a certain rate. We met with her the night before since we were pressed for time and needed to be out of town for family medical issue. She indicated that she needed more money since the drive was longer than she thought. Fine, but then indicated since she was having visitors from out of town at her parents house she wouldn't be bale to be with Teddy all day and would need to make multiple trips per day. Fine. Then in reality never spent more than 10 or fifteen minutes with Teddy at any one time. Did not "house sit" with him. Not only did the price end up being at least double what her advertised price was, she didn't do what she said she would or what she advertised she would. Very disappointing experience. Would not use rover again because nothing advertised on the site ended up being correct or true. We were stuck having to use her because all of the other advertisers on your site that said they were available that weekend were not wanting to over the holiday. Fine, but don't advertise that you are. I could have made plans with someone other than rover if I would have known all of the advertisers were lying about availability and price. Will not use your services again. We have a doorbell camera and could see when exactly she came and went. She wasn't smart enough or did not care enough about Teddy to do things the way she advertised. Rover needs to step up to the plate on these things and insist their contractors are up to date, provide current information, and do what they advertise they will do. Again, will not recommend anything regarding rover.

Morgan was great! Super easy to work with and followed my instructions and sent cute pics. I wasn’t worried about my cat while out of town and that was a huge relief!
