Pet Sitter & Dog Trainer

Pet care experience

Hi I'm Morgan! I am a professional dog trainer (Wild Trail Dog Training) and a pet sitter. I am also a former doggy daycare manager. I have experience with all breeds and am Pet CPR certified. I have 3 dogs who love meeting and playing with other dogs. I also have 2 kids who are very dog savvy and love playing fetch with the dogs. My husband, Tyler is also around a lot of the time! I highly suggest meet and greets with all new potential clients. (Exceptions will be made for out of town clients.) During the meet and greet in my home you can see where your pup will be staying and let them explore so they are familiar with my home before their stay. Occasionally there may be other Rover dogs staying, they will not be introduced during the meet and greet for safety reasons, but if they stay I am very experienced with introducing pups to the pack. I make safety my number one priority. After dropping off your dog to stay I will introduce them to any dog they may not have met, and will send pictures and videos shortly after you leave so you can see how much fun they're having with their new friends! I treat every pet as if they were my own fur baby. Whether it's training dogs or pet sitting, working with dogs is my passion. My top priority is making sure your dogs are safe, comfortable, happy and well cared for. All I ask in return is a great review at the end of your stay! Canine Respiratory Illness Info as of 12/1/2023: An unknown respiratory illness has been reported throughout various states in the US. As of right now, there are no known cases in Montana. The first most common symptom is coughing. Other symptoms may include sneezing, eye or nose discharge, lethargy, loss of appetite, dehydration, and pneumonia. The exact transmission of disease is not confirmed, but it is believed to be spread by close contact and breathing in the same air as an infected dog. Here are the things I do to make sure I am protecting your dog and others: I require all dogs staying with us to be up-to-date on their Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Influenza is recommended but not required. I disinfect the floor and walls throughout the day and clean with high grade pet safe cleaners. We recommended avoiding play or nose-to-nose touch with dogs you don't know the vaccination status of. Please keep your dog home if they are showing any signs of illness, regardless of symptoms. Any dogs who present any signs of illness will be quarantined.

Morgan took care of our dog while we were out of town for a couple of weeks. He always has a great time with her and her dogs, and Morgan does a great job communicating with us! Thanks so much for taking such great care of him again!

Morgan did an amazing job watching our 2 large dogs (Great Pyrenees and Labrador Retriever) for over a week and that is no easy task! She sent picture updates and both dogs came home happy & healthy! We will definitely use Morgan to watch our dogs again in the future.

Pups staying in my home are welcome in all areas of the house. They are allowed on all furniture (unless you say otherwise). I do have crates of various sizes if your dog prefers to sleep in a crate. We spend a lot of time in our fenced in backyard, there's lots of room for the pups to play. We also have a 2 acre park behind our home. I am also comfortable with puppies and potty training. I send daily updates and pictures to let you know how much fun your pup is having! We do have a home security system with cameras so I can keep an eye on your pets even if I am out of the house for a little bit.

Information Morgan E. would like to know about your pet

I have no breed preferences, I love them all! I would like to know your dog's diet, allergies, any medical conditions, if they have separation anxiety or any food aggression issues. All dogs need to be current on their rabies/distemper parvo vaccinations and arrive with enough food and medication to last them their stay. Please also bring their leashes and or harness if you would like your dog to go for walks. Dogs must be good with other dogs and kids!

A typical day

I take the pups outside to play as often as they would like. I always accompany them outdoors when they are playing, during the summer we have a little doggy pool the pups can splash in.
