Pet care experience
I care for dogs full time during the week at my dog daycare facility, and occasionally assist with group training courses on weekends. I am Pet CPR certified by the Red Cross, certified with the Dog Walking Academy, and am currently studying animal behavior and learning and practicing positive-reinforcement training. I have 2 dogs of my own (Maltese mix and a Shepherd mix) and they both attend daycare for socialization. While your dog stays with me, I am happy to work with your dog on basic manners, or just provide individual snuggle and play time if desired. I will also send picture updates to you for your peace of mind while you’re away. Your dog will receive lots of attention and play time, and will only be crated for rest/feeding time. I have a passion for animals and would love to be your pet's caregiver!

I would like to take in dogs that are tolerant of other dogs. My Maltese and Shepherd mix are very playful and friendly, but know to keep their distance if another dog doesn't want to play. I prefer a crate trained dog for overnight stays but can accommodate otherwise.
A typical day
I will walk around your neighborhood, my neighborhood, or take to a local park if desired. We will play in my fenced in backyard, or inside based on weather.
