Hey I’m Morgan! I have an obsession with animals and a lot of experience with dogs. I have a 14 year old Parsons Terrier back at my parents house that I adore. I understand your extreme amounts of love for your dogs and the stress that can go along with trusting someone to take care of your pet. I know how important it is to make sure I’m taking your dogs for walks in safe areas and making sure they are only being fed approved treats. I started doing Rover the summer of 2019. I did Rover in Ohio where I went college, in New York, and while living at my parents house in New Jersey for a while and built up a lot of repeat clients. I am currently working in Manhattan and just moved to Brooklyn Heights. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays and am free on the weekends so I am flexible those days. Our puppy Billie was in great hands with Morgan! She was professional, responsive and clearly has a love for dogs. Billie was given plenty of attention and affection and we felt at ease leaving her with Morgan for an extended period of time, providing us with updates and photos along the way. We look forward to having her watch Billie again soon!

Our pup is rambunctious and was recently injured, so we were nervous to leave him, but he was in great hands with Morgan. She was calm, put up with his overenthusiastic greeting, and clearly took great care of him. Would absolutely recommend!

I will be conscious of other dogs walking in the street, make sure we walk in safe areas, pay attention to what the dogs could be trying to eat while walking/at home, make sure to keep the dog close and hold the leash tight, attach harnesses/collars/leashes correctly, keep on eye on them if allowed out in fenced in back yards, and of course make sure they are always comfortable and given love.

Ahead of time I would like to know where your dog feels most comfortable to sleep at night (are they crated?), how they interact with other dogs/if they are friendly, how long do you normally walk your dog & where, how much/how often do they eat, any vitamins, and if they are potty trained.
A typical day
I am currently new to the city but I can't wait to explore. I will take to them to nice walking paths/parking with the least amount of traffic and give them lots of cuddles/play time.

Availability
I work from home on Mondays and Fridays so I can house sit Friday - Monday/Tuesday morning. I am free to dog walk after 5:30 pm anytime during the week or in the mornings afternoons Mondays and Fridays. I can bring my laptop wherever I need to be during my work from home days and can take breaks to feed/take the animals out.
