Hey everyone, call me Monse for short. Updated 03/2024 AVAILABLE for dog walks, drop-in visits, and doggy daycare (in your home). Last-minute, late-night, and weekend bookings are available. I have a big ol’ baby boy named Snowball. He's three! He loves to play, sleep, and occasionally shoulder-checks me for fun. I also have a mystical black cat named Trixy, she's 8 years old. She sleeps, sunbathes, and scares Snowball for her own entertainment. I've been around animals nearly my whole life! I started when I was around 17-years-old, taking care of family pets and helping a friend at a local farm. Eventually, I began pet-sitting for neighbors and local families, and even fostering kittens. The rest is history! I have about 9 years of pet care experience with cats, dogs, reptiles, and even birds. I’m comfortable with most breeds, any size, and any personality! From little babies to senior pets. I could even teach your fur baby a couple of basic tricks, or help administer oral and topical medicine. Happily serving the greater Chicagoland area :) Want to see more pictures + reviews? LOVE Montserrat and the way that she took care of our dogs!! She did some amazing photo shoots that were sent to us as well as left some yummy treats and prizes behind for our dogs to enjoy. 10/10 will be using her again!!
Montse has takes care of my Boston terrier sparkles multiple times! Sparkles is always sad leaving because montse always takes extremely good care of her! I’ve never doubted letting montse take care of her, she’s very nice, professional and always open to take pictures and videos to send to me so I can see how sparkles is doing.
Montserrat and her family were so accommodating to Kalli and Harli that I would not hesitate to have them to return as soon as possible. Pictures were taken regularly to provide me with updates and to show what an amazing time they had with Montserrat. The household was so kind, endearing and supportive of Kalli and Harli’s shenanigans! They returned home with new skills to support their training process. Loved this experience!!!
Monste is a great, sweet, loveable gal who has watched, fed, and played with my cat when I'm running late at work and cannot attend to my pet at the moment. She has also walked my dog and cared for him when I have gone on vacation. She's fed my 2 hedgehogs and my sugar glider as well! I recommemd monste 200%

Your pet must be good with young kids and other animal friends. I would prefer if they are potty trained unless we are house-breaking and working on improving, just disclose. Pets must be fixed!
A typical day
Walks can be done around the block or on local trails. Playtime with chew toys, ropes, balls, or frisbees. In the summer we can have pool days or bubble days I can teach basic commands/tricks. Naps are provided for puppies during daycare.

Availability
I'm a part-time pet sitter with weekend visits/walks available. I'm able to provide regular daily walks/visits. Walks can be from 30 minutes - 1.5 hours. Available to provide up to three visits per day.
