Beware! I was SO UPSET with my experience with Monserrat. I was all the way in San Antonio for the weekend when she informed me that my dog had broken her blinds and “infested” her home with fleas. I thoroughly check my dog for fleas often and keep her on monthly oral flea medication. She DOES NOT have fleas. My dog Callie is a small cocker spaniel and she was scared at the sitters home so of course when left alone she scratched at the window to get out. There were three blind pieces that had come unattached which could be restrung. She wanted me to buy her new blinds and she said she didn’t know what she would do about her now flea infested home. I told her to please kennel Callie when leaving her alone. At this point she seemed very mad in her communication and I told her she could cancel the booking and take my dog to my brothers home but she said she could not. I came home early all the way to Harlingen to get Callie as I felt uncomfortable leaving her any longer. The sitters husband handed me the kennel, bag of food and I walked down the stairs with Callie’s leash in the other hand and a pit in my stomach. I will NOT use this service again. I’m so horrified at her rude behavior.

Monserrat was really great with Kobe. I received pictures and videos throughout the services. I would definitely recommend Monserrat to take care of your fur babies.
