I have been a dog owner and lover my entire life. My “job” growing up in my household was to tend to the animals wether they be dogs, horses, birds, etc. I have experience with dog training from puppies to senior dogs. I am able to administer medications in all forms, and I keep a very organized schedule for the dogs. I love having the company and responsibility of caring for your pets when you’re away. You can leave them with me knowing they are safe and loved just as much as if they were home with you! I work part time some evenings, but my husband works from home, so dogs staying with us will mostly always have someone around. I have a flexible schedule for walks and sitting needs during the day and weekends and love to become a regular part of your pets’ and your lives as a trusted caregiver! I am available to meet your pets needs (and your preferences) with feeding, medications, walking, and potty schedule! I would be more than happy to bathe them for you if you’re okay with that and I am familiar with the breeds grooming needs!!

Left my pup with Monna for almost a two week trip! Monna sent pictures and videos every day, and Maya looked like she was having so much fun in every one! Will definitely be a returning client!

Monna was absolutely great. We just moved to this area and had a really hard time finding someone who was able to handle our German Shepherd and Siberian Husky! As they can be ALOT. She was able to provide us with a peace of mind while we were gone for the week by keeping us updated with photos of our boys! When we got home everything was in order! House and dogs were all perfect! I give her 10/10!
We hadn’t had a vacation in almost 2 years because of COVID and undergoing house renovations. So when it was time to get away we had to find a reliable dog sitter. Our criteria is tough: must live near the house, be very patient with our Bulldog,Beaudoin, and distribute attention and affection equally between Beaudoin and Bella, our old Newfie. Monna did not disappoint! In fact she exceeded these requirements. She was consistent with the times that she showed up to feed and care for the pups. She let Beaudoin drag her on longer walks than he normally gets. She cared for Bella and put her leg brace on when necessary. She even did extra for the cats in the house in which she was under no obligation to do!!! Monna was prepared to handle the occasional accident inside the house with *Her Own* cleaning supplies that she keeps in her car “Just in Case”. Amazing foresight as most dog walkers would be texting asking where our cleaning supplies are. If you’re looking for a reliable, thoughtful, caring and consistent dog walker look no further, Monna is it!!

I do not have any breed preferences or prejudices, all are welcome! Some things that would be super helpful to know before watching your pet would be... -Age, Gender, Breed -Do they have any aggressions (food, space, bed, etc) -Are they crate trained and / or potty trained -Any chewing, marking, or anxiety behaviors -Any quirks or special little habits they have so I can make them as comfortable as possible!!
A typical day
Walks are always an option if weather is permitting and safe for your dogs to be out! I love playing fetch, tug of war, and other games to keep dogs engaged and work their minds too. I have training experience, so if I can teach them a new trick, I will!

Availability
Either myself, my husband, or our roommate are always home or available for walks, drop ins, or daycare needs. I have more open availability during the daytime, however my schedule sometimes changes days, so I am free during the evening sometimes as well and for overnight needs! It is very rare for someone to not be home at our house!
