I have over 14 years of animal care taking experience and have been involved in animal rescue, including starting my own in 2012. I am experienced in administering medication, pet CPR and first aid, and have had over 20 foster animals in my home. When I host fur babies in my home; Your dog will have an unlimited amount of outdoor playtime (weather permitting) in my 1/4 acre fenced in back yard. At times, it has an obstacle course, kiddie pool, and sand box (all seasonal dependent). When they are indoors, they are able to lounge on the couch and watch some dog TV, play with toys, or sleep in their own separate bed area. If allowed, your dog will partake in a daily walk to the park and/or to the lake. If your dog stays for the weekend or longer, they will enjoy a trip to the dog park or the lake, if parents allow. Why I love dog sitting We have had dogs all of our lives, from the time I was born. Between my family and I, we have had three Cocker Spaniels, two Maltese's, two Lhasa Apso's, a Maltese/Papillion mix, a Border Collie, and then our current animals. Meet my pets All 4 of my kids have paws! Gabby my sweet girl, a 14 year old, female black lab mix who loves to play fetch and tug of war with her friends that come over. She is also able to give some of her guests their own personal play time if they need. She does have a small pool that she loves to share with friends! Jack is my bigger boy, an 11 year old male American bulldog/ black lab mix loves to sun bathe, play with his ball, and run around with his sister and friends that come over. His favorite thing is to snuggle with his mom, or his kitty brother, Manny. He understands that some of his new friends may not want to play with him, so he will give them their own space. Manny is my youngest, an 8 year old domestic house cat who loves to play with other cats and dogs. He only stays inside, and has his own house so he doesn't have to play with dogs if they don't want to play with him! He is up to date on all vaccinations. Smokey, my other sweet girl, a 10 year old domestic house cat who gets along with other dogs and cats, but she would rather spend time alone or with her brother Manny. Smokey is up to date on all vaccinations About my yard I have a split half acre fenced in yard. Most of the yard is grass with a few trees. The yard has plenty of toys, kiddie pools, and sandboxes that are for the dogs' play! (season permitting) My experience administering medication Yes, with working in rescue, I am experienced in providing oral medication as well as needle medications. I currently work remotely and seldomnly have to travel. My daughter and I have plenty of time to play and spend time with your pets! I have a fenced in yard to keep your pets safe, and can also safely crate yours or other pets to ensure the safety and comfort.
