Pet care experience
***I now have a 9-5, M-F full-time job but if you are flexible we can work something out!!! I am available most holidays and weekends, though. Hello!! I am so excited to meet you and your fur babies! I graduated school back in 2020 with a degree in Computer Programming, but found that I love taking care of animals much more! It makes me happy to become a part of so many different families. I have been pet-sitting for over 10 years, and I love the chance to hang out with new personalities. I have experience with administering medications, long walks, feeding (and bribing, if your animal gets anxious when you're gone), and general clean-up and care. I make sure to keep in contact with the owner during the visit and consistently give updates and pictures. I put all info in the Rover cards that appear at the end of each visit (for drop-ins and walks), so as to limit text-bombing unless I have a question or there is an emergency. For house-sitting I usually give an update/picture in the morning and again in the evening. 😊 Please let me know if you have any questions about this, or a different preference! I am perfectly comfortable adapting to whatever you may need in terms of reassurance while being away from your pets, especially if this is your first time using Rover. I try to keep the schedule for your animals close to what it would be if you were home! Lots of love and attention as well :) I am very flexible and would love to negotiate a plan with you! I have varying prices that I adjust case-by-case. Please message if you'd like to know more :) Also, please be aware of my cancellation policy! It differs for each service. I am usually very strict about this, as this is my full-time job and I take pet care & planning my schedule very seriously!! - My house-sitting cancellation policy is 7 days, so you would receive a full refund IF you cancel by noon one week before the booking begins. - My drop-in cancellation policy is 3 days, so you would receive a full refund IF you cancel by noon 3 days before the booking begins. - My walk cancellation policy has no penalty, so you would receive a full refund even if it is same day.

Monica was always on time and communicated to me how things were going with my cats. She sent pictures and kept me informed. I have used her two times to watch my cats.
Monica was extremely attentive to my Baby. She tried every way she could to make Baby comfortable, Baby is shy and Monica went above and beyond to assure me everything was okay. Highly recommend her.
Monica did an excellent job watching our dog Linus while we were away for 10 days. We received frequent updates and pictures throughout the stay and Monica was on top of anything extra that came up. Communication was A+ the entire time and the house was clean and tidy when we returned. We were very happy with Monica and hope to use her services again the next time we are away!
Wow. I can’t say enough about Monica. I was worried about leaving my elderly dog with someone because she needs so much care. With her being an older she has accidents in her crate and the house. She has hip dysplasia and has a hard time getting around. When I got home the house was clean and they had been very well taken care of. I will definitely use her again.

Above all else I want to keep myself and your pet safe while providing an excellent level of care. I have experience with dogs that easily get excited on walks so I am always very aware of my surroundings. I also always take pictures!!! I err on the side of "texting updates too much" instead of having the owner think, "She hasn't updated me in awhile and I'm worried." I know what it's like having someone new come take care of your babies and I want you to be comfortable with me!

I always ask a few questions during a meet-and-greet: Are they aggressive in any situation? Do they have a regular nightly routine? Do they take meds? Are they afraid of anything, like thunderstorms?
A typical day
I will usually take your doggy out for a walk! I also love playtime and pets :) Anything that gets me to bond with them!! Tell me what their favorite toy/activity is and I'll incorporate it!
