Pet care experience
I started working on Rover in college because of how much I loved playing with dogs and cats and it was a nice distraction from school. I loved doing this so much I ended up getting a dog of my own. It’s a lot of work but it’s been so rewarding seeing how happy they are from my care.

Our first time having a sitter for our two dogs and Monica was great! They both were happy and healthy when we returned from our trip. Would definitely have her help us again, thanks Monica!
Monica was phenomenal. She did an excellent job on short notice. She provided timely updates and was prompt with her visits. She was agile and adjusted during the winter storm to ensure Archie was well taken care of.
Monica is great! She keeps you updated, isn’t afraid to ask questions and will love your animal endlessly.

I take my dog Mochi on little morning walk every day before his breakfast then I start my work day. I’m able to take small breaks when working and that’s when I can give him some attention and work in some training for treats. My cat loves being pet with a side of Churu. She’s completely satisfied for the day after playing with her favorite feather on a stick. When caring for others pets I treat them how I would imagine the owner would do. What I do is pretty typical but what makes it special is that I love to do it.

It’s important to know of any allergies and also how they react to other humans and animals. Are they a hard puller on walks and are they responsive.
A typical day
I live near Wasson Way and Ault park so there’s plenty of places to walk to. I have a backyard that is turf with toys they can never be bored of.

I have a full time job that is remote so I can look after your pup all day. After 5pm is when I can give them 100% of my attention.
